Terms and Conditions of Raffle Promo |

|
- This raffle promo is open to any Filipino (nationality) of legal age.
- Overseas-based Filipinos are also qualified to join.
- A participant is allowed to use only one (1) Facebook account for the whole promo period.
- A participant must be an active FB LIKER of ClassifiedPROMOS during the raffle draw in order to be a qualifed winner.
- Raffle promo runs from October 26, 2011 to June 30, 2012 and may be extended if necessary.
- By following three simple steps (i. Like Us on Facebook; ii. Sign Up on ClassifiedPROMOS; iii. Tell us how you learned about ClassifiedPROMOS), you are entitled to one raffle entry.
- A participant can also be a referror and could win a separate referror's prize if his/her referral wins in any of the draws. Participants are not allowed to indicate themselves as referrors.
- Participants are required to provide valid information (name, gender, birth date, mobile number and telephone number ) to match identification cards to be presented as proof of identity in case they win.
- Prizes include iPad2s, 40" Samsung LCD TVs, Edifiers, Samsung Digital Cameras, iPod Shuffles, Starbucks Gift Vouchers / Cellphone load, and Cash.
- Raffle draws for minor prizes are held, daily and weekly. Major raffle draws are scheduled based on milestones (total number of likes).
- Winning raffle entries will be drawn using different third-party random number generator websites and/or selected Philippine Lotto draw results. Actual raffle draw proceedings will be recorded and posted at ClassifiedPROMOS' Youtube channel.
- The name of the winner and his/her referror will be posted at the Facebook page of ClassifiedPROMOS with a picture showing him/her receiving the prize.
- Winners will be notified by email from info@classifiedpromos.com and/or contacted by our FB admin account. The list of winners is available at www.classifiedpromos.com and at CP's Winners Club FB page.
- Prize for daily draws will be sent via postal mail service to the winner’s provided Philippine address. Cellphone loads are loaded directly to winner's provided number. Prizes for major draws should be claimed at Versa Vantage Trading office or delivery may be arranged after verification of winner’s identity.
- The winner may only redeem his/her prize within 15 days after replying to the confirmation email. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and raffled off again at a date to be announced at CP's FB wall..
- For purposes of validation, the winner will be asked to bring any two valid identification cards. The Prize of the winner who failed to prove his/her identity, will be forfeited including the prize of the referror. Forfeited prize will be raffled off again at a date to be announced at CP's FB wall.
- The referror of the winning participant will also be subject to identity validation and prize forfeiture.
- Raffle entries of a Participant who uses multiple Facebook accounts will be voided/cancelled.
- All results, announcements and updates will be posted at ClassifiedPROMOS Facebook wall.
- By joining the raffle promo, you understood and agree to the above mechanics/terms and conditions of raffle promo.
